Cancellation Policy
At Razors & Rhythm Barbershop, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our barbers’ time and accommodate other clients, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests follow the policy below: More than 24 hours' notice: No charge. Within 24 hours of appointment: 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Within 12 hours of appointment or same-day cancellation: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Late Arrival Policy To keep appointments running smoothly and on time for all clients, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Late arrivals may need to shorten or reschedule services based on availability. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time so we can continue delivering premium service to every guest.
